3. Triathletes who would like to swim instead of thrash.
4. Runners and cyclists with busted feet, knees
and hips.
5. Ex-competitive swimmers who would 'get back in' if
not for mind-numbing sets like 10 x 200 on the 2:30
while coach has coffee & chats it up with lifeguard.
6. Average-to-strong swimmers who would like to improve
their technique in order to swim faster with less effort and
more enjoyment.
7. Folks who can swim all 4 strokes, who may or may
not choose to compete and who may or may not choose
to hammer workout.
8. Individuals who would rather work in a private format,
focusing on their exact needs.
Remember, Masters Swimming is an age designation, not an
ability level. It is fitness swimming for adults.
